Engineering Intelligence from First Principles

AI Research Engineer exploring multimodal learning, autonomous AI systems, and neuro-symbolic reasoning to understand how intelligent systems should perceive, represent, reason, and interact with the world.

Research

I study intelligence through three long-term research directions.

Work

Selected Systems

Representative engineering systems spanning multimodal learning, autonomous reasoning, neuro-symbolic AI, and embedded systems.

Writing

Selected essays exploring engineering, intelligence, and research.

About

I believe engineering is the pursuit of understanding.

The most elegant systems emerge not from adding complexity but from discovering the principles that make complexity unnecessary. My research explores intelligence through engineering—from brain-computer interfaces to neuro-symbolic reasoning—with the goal of building systems that are simple because they are fundamentally understood.
